Five Nine Outfitters is proud to offer some of the finest elk hunting left in Wyoming, it won’t last long the wolves are almost thru with the Northern Yellowstone herd. A herd that once numbered 19,000 strong, today hovers between six to seven thousand, all in less than nine years.

Wyoming has 18,000 elk as of 2009 according to the suspect counting of the Wyoming Game & Fish. This means that in nine years our elk will be hovering between four to five thousand, our moose are already gone. So if you always wanted to hunt elk and never got to, this could be your last chance.

We enjoy a 98% success rate, our bulls run 300 - 320 on average; there are more 400 class bulls every year. Our elk area is 25 - 27 we have out standing antelope, that area is 65.
